Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits from bKash to your bc89 account are nearly instant — your balance is usually updated within a few seconds to 1-2 minutes. There may be a slight delay during peak network times. If a deposit is not confirmed, share the transaction ID in live chat.
The minimum deposit amount at bc89 is ৳200, and this applies to all payment methods including bKash, Nagad and Rocket. You can start playing with a small amount, though regular deposits are recommended to activate bonuses and build a withdrawable balance.

No. bc89 does not charge any processing fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, bKash, Nagad or Rocket may apply transaction charges according to their own policies — that is a matter for those services, not bc89.
Games and Gameplay
To bet on BPL or any cricket match, log in to your bc89 account and go to the cricket betting section. Choose an ongoing or upcoming match, select your bet type (match winner, toss, over total runs, etc.), enter the amount and confirm. Odds may change during live betting.
bc89 offers slot games from well-known providers including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play and JILI. Popular titles like Fortune Tiger, Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Fortune Gems and Super Ace are available, along with fishing games and arcade-style games. New games are added regularly.
Aviator is a crash-style game by Spribe. In each round a plane flies and a multiplier rises — you must cash out before the plane crashes. Strategy and cashing out at the right moment are the keys to winning. You can play this game directly at bc89 after logging in.
bc89 is fully mobile-friendly. The site runs smoothly in any smartphone browser without downloading a separate app. The experience is seamless on both Android and iOS. Slots, live casino and cricket betting — all sections work fully on mobile.
RTP (Return to Player) is a percentage that indicates how much of the total wagered amount a game returns to players over the long term. For example, a 96% RTP means that on average ৳96 comes back for every ৳100 wagered — but this is an average across many thousands of rounds, not a guarantee for any single session.
The bc89 live casino section features games from top providers such as Evolution Gaming and Ezugi. Live Blackjack, Live Roulette, Live Baccarat, Dragon Tiger and many more games can be played with real dealers in real time. Game tables are active around the clock in Bangladeshi time.
Bonuses and Promotions
The bc89 welcome bonus is 120% on your first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Activate the bonus code or offer when making your first deposit after opening an account. To make the bonus funds withdrawable, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 25 times.
A 25x wagering requirement means that if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus (total ৳2,200), you must place bets totalling ৳2,200 × 25 = ৳55,000 before withdrawing. This is an industry-standard condition. The requirement must be met within the set time limit after receiving the bonus.
The bc89 VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Tiers are advanced through regular play. Weekly cashback goes up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Higher tiers also receive exclusive offers and priority support.
Yes. bc89 runs special promotions for Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day and other occasions. These offers are available for a limited time, so check the promotions page regularly. When you deposit while an offer is active, the bonus may be added automatically or a code may be required.
Yes, you can cancel an active bonus if you choose to. However, cancelling a bonus will remove the bonus funds from your account. After cancellation, only your original deposit remains withdrawable (provided no wagering requirement applies to the principal amount either). Ask in live chat for more details.
